We made it of BLAST.tv a gamified space where fans are able to interact with the community, play trivia and prediction games, as well as collecting points that can be used to redeem different prices or activate unique features.

CS skins knowledge is put to the test, thousands of users, including influencers, return on a daily basis to play.

Many eSports fans enjoy creating their own fantasy team, predicting how their favorite players will do.

We asked 6 participants to describe their interaction with Counter Strike during a period of 13 days. This helped us understand the direction in which the platform needed to be taken if we wanted to grow our community.

  1. User Acquisition: We aimed to quicly create a large user base by attracting new enthusiasts to our platform.

  2. Enhance Fan Interaction: We recognized the power of community, so we wanted to create novel avenues for fans to engage with each other, fostering deeper connections.

  3. Seeking insights into the optimal monetization strategy. Finding a way to strike the right balance between value for users and sustainable revenue generation.

Among other learnings, we realized that collecting in-game items was provably one of the best areas to explore:
Participants express interest in investing money in skins, stickers, viewer passes, coins, etc.

Prediction Games work as Engagement Boosters, as motivation to stay updated on game results increases when fans are able to earn rewards.
Prediction games offer a chance to earn souvenirs, community recognition, or exclusive items.

We developed features and a monetization plan, along with a strategic content approach. This holistic strategy aims to enhance user engagement, drive revenue, and create a vibrant gaming ecosystem.
